Your Instance Data

Each OpenClaw instance runs on an isolated, dedicated container. We do not access, read, or analyze your conversations, files, or AI interactions. Your data belongs to you.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payments, Google OAuth for authentication, and Resend for emails. Each has their own privacy policies.

Data Processing Location

Our servers are located in the United States. By using BookMyClaw, you consent to your data being processed and stored in the US. We take appropriate safeguards to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance: To provide and maintain the BookMyClaw service, process payments, and manage your account.
  • Legitimate interest: For security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service analytics.

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication tokens. These are strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your instance and data are deleted within 30 days of the subscription end date. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@bookmyclaw.com.
