1. Service Description

BookMyClaw provides managed hosting for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant. We deploy, maintain, and manage dedicated VPS instances on your behalf.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

All plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

3. API Credits

There are two types of API credits:

Plan Credits. Each subscription includes a monthly credit allowance ($5, $15, or $25 depending on your plan). Plan credits reset to their full amount at the start of each billing cycle. Unused plan credits do not roll over to the next cycle.

Purchased Credits. Credits bought separately via credit top-ups never expire. Purchased credits carry forward across billing cycles indefinitely. Plan credits are always consumed first; purchased credits are only used after your plan credits are exhausted.

All credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or applied to another account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data & Privacy

Your instance is isolated and private. We do not access your data unless required for maintenance or legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Liability

BookMyClaw is provided "as-is." We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last billing cycle.
